"Pokémon Masters" (Japanese: ポケモンマスターズ, English: Pokémon Masters) is a Pokémon series spin-off role-playing game developed by DeNA and published by The Pokémon Company. The game was launched simultaneously globally on iOS and Android platforms on August 29, 2019, and supports 8 languages ​​including Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English.

Overview

The story stage of "Pokémon Masters" is an artificial island called "Pahio". In Paxio, the combination of trainers and Pokémon is called a "partner team", or "partner team" for short. Trainers from all generations who have appeared in the "Pokémon" series of games so far will form a team with their partner Pokémon and gather in Paxio. Players will play the role of the original protagonist of this game, embark on adventures with their partner Pokémon, and aim to become the champion of the "World Pokémon Masters (WPM)" competition held in Paseo.

This game uses 3 vs. 3 real-time battles. The first to defeat all the opponent's teams will win. As time passes, the "move gauge" will be accumulated, and moves will be used by consuming the gauge. You can click on your opponent's Pokémon to designate an attack target.
