Effect
Delta Stream creates strong winds when the ability is activated (by Rayquaza Mega-Evolving).
Strong winds have the following effects:
- The weather remains active as long as the ability-bearer stays in battle, stopping when the Pokémon is switched out.
- Electric-, Ice-, and Rock-type moves deal only normal damage to any Flying-type Pokémon in battle, instead of being super-effective.
- Strong winds cannot be replaced by regular weather conditions. This means that moves like Hail, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, and Sandstorm, as well as abilities like Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning, will fail.
Cloud Nine and Air Lock can temporarily bypass the effects of Delta Stream, but Mold Breaker cannot.
