Dry Skin causes several effects:
- When hit by a Water-type attack, instead of taking damage, the Pokémon heals 1/4 of its maximum HP.
- When hit by a Fire-type attack, it takes 25% more damage.
- During bright sunshine, the Pokémon loses 1/8 of its maximum HP each turn.
- During rain, the Pokémon recovers 1/8 of its maximum HP each turn.
